Of Cards Incoming, Outgoing

A lot of great packages from bloggers and readers alike have crossed my desk recently and will be opened, sorted and posted about in due time.

I also want to say to Marie, Jonathan, Mike Gellner and Guy Payne that you guys haven't been forgotten--I am working to try and get your cards packaged tonight and taken to the post office (via my wife) tomorrow. I am heading out on business first thing in the morning and won't be back until Friday evening. Please forgive me, I haven't forgotten about you.

However, it is entirely possible that I have forgotten about someone. Are you still waiting for cards from me as part of a trade gone unfulfilled? Please let me know or forever hold your peace.

As for other cards on the way, I got this pleasant little message from Upper Deck this morning:

Congratulations Dan!

  1. 10-14 business days! I'm waiting a minimum of 4-6 weeks! Boo, Topps. Boo!

  2. That's 10-14 days after shipping. My original redemption confirmation asked me to wait 12-16 weeks for delivery. Granted, that was June 1 so they are still way ahead of schedule, but it is also a 2 year old product that is probably sitting in a box somewhere.

  3. On a completely seperate redemption, I had a WBC rookie redemption cards from topps, I looked at the back and there was no code to enter in the computer. I decided to mail it in to them in hopes that their error might work out in my favor? Thoughts?

  4. Boy, beats me. This redemption is the first one that I've ever dealt with, so I don't really know the protocol. I just followed the directions on the card. If there aren't any, perhaps emailing Topps would be a good way to go?

  5. I got my Sweet Spot Classic redemption in the mail today. It was redeemed on the 6th, so overall that's pretty quick. Looks like UD is on top of something for once.

What's funny is that the card arrived before the email saying that it had shipped.
